had an unexplained server crash this weekend, which totally destroyed the virtual container and all data within it.
Had to do a fresh cPanel installation and restore all accounts from backups.
Our uptime is still pretty good, with over 99.9% as most providers quote. If you look at our uptime for 7 years, although crude data is comes in at 99.98%.
