Currently we are testing 60 minute File and Database Backups, we can crank this up to every 5 minutes depending on load. Good thing is, we don't over burden our servers with 1000's of accounts, so there's plenty of power left to run a decent backup system.
There's also a new ICON in your Cpanel Account, this allows you to backup and restore your account to any recovery point...very handy!
We'll also be offering this service to VPS's and Dedicated Servers for full Bare Metal Restores once we've tested it further.
